Prince George is one of the least expensive for hotel rooms

If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay the night look no further than Prince George.

Cheaphotels.org conducted a survey of 30 destinations in Canada and ranked them by double room rates.

PG earned the 28th spot for the cheapest destination at $102. Edmonton was at the top for the least expensive place to book a room, with a rate of $98.

The most expensive was Banff where rooms started at $336 followed by Vancouver with an average room rate of $234.
