Bikers gear up for the annual Motorcycle Toy Run

The sun was shining and bikers were riding.

The 36th annual Motorcycle Toy Run was a huge success this year. The parking lot of the CN Center was filled with bikers, volunteers and spectators this morning as participants geared up to ride in support of the Salvation Army Christmas Hamper program.

“I can, only too well, imagine the feeling of not being able to give my kids a Christmas,” said Bill Glasgow of the Salvation Army.

“It wasn’t long ago that the Salvation Army Christmas Hamper program saved Christmas for my family.”

The Hamper program donates to over 250 families in Prince George every season.
