More than 100 people gathered at the Prince George Cemetery for the Military Church Parade & Veterans Memorial Ceremony

Flags commemorating fallen soldiers lined the walkways leading to the memorial in remembrance & solidarity

“As a woman who is the child of two veterans, it means everything to come out and remember. For us to be inclusive of people of every faith tradition, or no tradition at all, it’s still a time of remembrance and this is the place to come.”

– Susan Scott, Royal Canadian Legion Chaplain

The event is also a precursor for PG’s Remembrance Day ceremonies on November 11th
