One person injured after Freimuller Ave. fire

Damage to a house on Freimuller Ave. was extensive after a fire, Monday morning.

16 firefighters responded to the blaze on the 4600 block at around 2:15 a.m..

On arrival, crews found a two storey house with heavy smoke and flames

coming from the main floor at the front of the structure.

One occupant was taken to hospital with significant burns while another got out unharmed.

Crews knocked out the fire quickly and Fire Rescue says they will remain on-scene and determine a cause later today.

There’s no estimate on damage.
