Warrant issued for grow-op suspect

A man busted on grow-op charges seems to have forgotten to show up to his court date this week.

A warrant has been issued for Evan Jones, who failed to appear in court Tuesday following his May 2012 arrest.

North District RCMP found nearly 700 marijuana plants at his West Lake Rd. residence.

The 24 year old is described as Caucasian, six feet tall, 250 pounds with brown hair, green eyes, and a tattoo on his right arm.

Anyone with information on Evan Jones is asked to call police at (250) 561-3100.
