WATCH: Exploration Place featuring Terry Fox – Running to the Heart of Canada exhibit for another month

WATCH:

The Prince George Exploration Place will be featuring the Terry Fox – Running to the Heart of Canada exhibit for another month.

The exhibit, which features journals, clothing, and other memorabilia from the Canadian icon, has been seen by over 14,000 visitors since it arrived in September of 2018.

“He ran in the Prince George to Boston Marathon here and most people don’t realize that he had spent time here. His family really wanted this exhibit to be shown here in Prince George so it meant a lot to be able to bring it here.”

Tracy Calogheros, CEO, Exploration Place

The museum stepped up to the plate, keeping the exhibit in PG, in lieu of scheduling and storage issues while the Terry Fox Centre in Ottawa works to create a permanent home for it.
