Saturday night Blaze causes $100,000 in damages

Kelly Street residents had an alarming awakening late Saturday night when 18 firefighters responded to a blaze.

Around 2 AM, members from all four halls were on scene at the 200-block home.

The blaze started near the back of the house and quickly spread throughout the home, garage, and roof.

Everyone made it out safely but one firefighter was sent to the hospital with a minor injury.

Crews don’t know the cause and predict about $100,000 in damages.
