Fire crews from three halls doused a blaze on Upland St..
16 fire-fighters showed up to the 2100 block to find flames and smoke coming out of the second floor of a residence.
The building was safely evacuated and damage was limited to one suite.
Investigators are still on-scene, so no word on yet on a cause or cost.
