Second report of a suspicious vehicle near Heritage Elementary

For the second time in less than a week, there has been a report of a suspicious white truck near Heritage Elementary in Prince George.

The latest incident occurred Monday afternoon just before 3:00 when the driver told the student to get in his truck.

The child did not respond and immediately departed the area.

The driver is described as a light-skinned male with short hair and a beard.

In an earlier incident on February 19th, the Prince George RCMP received a report of a white pickup that followed another student near Heritage Elementary.

The individual in that report was described as a 20-30-year-old white male with short hair and a long beard.

Prince George RCMP make quick work of catching robbery suspect

A robbery suspect didn't make it far before getting caught by the Prince George RCMP. In the very early morning hours today (Monday), the RCMP were advised a convenience store on the corner of Fifth and Ospika Boulevard had been robbed by a single suspect.
