Kelly Stearn will be needing to get herself a new welcome mat for her home.
The Prince George resident is this year’s winner of the Spruce King’s Show Home lottery, receiving the keys to the Aberdeen Glen area house valued at over $710,000.

Prior to the announcement of the show home winner, Mason Pass was announced the winner fo the 50/50 prize, pocketing a nice clump of cash totalling $47,150.
