(Photos): RCMP looking for several suspects with outstanding warrants

On March 5th, the Prince George RCMP released images and information about ten people with active arrest warrants.

The Prince George RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating the remaining five.

David Cox

David Charles Cox (B. 1980)

– Wanted in BC by PG RCMP for Failing to Comply with Probation (2 counts).

-Allegedly broke a condition of his probation stemming from two separate incidents in 2019.

-First Nations male, 5’11”, 186 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

-Considered VIOLENT/should not be approached.

 

 

 

 

Victor Junior West

Victor Junior West (B. 1986)

-Wanted in BC by PG RCMP for Flight from Police (2 counts), Resist Arrest, Driving while Prohibited (2 counts), Possession of a Controlled Substance and Breach of Release Conditions.

-Charges stem from separate incidents in February, May and November 2019.

– First Nations male, 5’10”, 205 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.

– Considered VIOLENT/should not be approached.

 

 

 

Tristan Alan Olson

Tristan Alan Olson (B. 1997)

-Wanted in BC by PG RCMP for Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose and Breach of Release Conditions (2 counts).

-Charges stem from separate incidents in July and September 2019.

-Caucasian male, 6’0″, 181 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

-May be in Kamloops, BC.

-Considered VIOLENT/should not be approached.

 

 

 

Cheri Leah Bullshields

Cheri Leah Bullshields (B. 1981)

-Wanted in BC by PG RCMP for Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Resisting Arrest, Uttering Threats, Mischief (2 counts) and Failing to Comply with Probation.

-Charges stem from three separate incidents in March, June and August 2019.

– First Nations female, 5’11”, 177 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.

-Considered VIOLENT/should not be approached.

 

 

 

Edith Mary Joseph

Edith Mary Joseph (B. 1981)

-Currently wanted in BC by the PG RCMP for Theft Under $5000 and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.

-Charges stem from two incidents in August 2019.

-First Nations female, 5’4″, 100 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.

-Should not be approached.

Quarter of drivers admit to nodding off behind the wheel: ICBC

A new Ipsos survey done for ICBC says about a quarter (24%) of B.C. drivers have admitted to momentarily nodding off while driving in the past year, while half (52%) have driven while tired or drowsy.  ICBC is reminding drivers that long drives and hot weather can be a dangerous combination, leading to fatigue and serious crashes.

Local MLAs gearing up for forum focused on business and retail crime

The three Prince George-area MLAs are gearing up to host a forum to help gain an understanding of the ongoing challenges being faced by the business community in the Northern Capital. During last week's meeting, Prince George City Council voted to support the MLAs in the venture.
