A man is in the hospital with serious injuries after a motor vehicle collision this morning (Wednesday).
Frontline officers and other emergency services attended the 3800 block of Austin Road this morning.
Although the investigation is continuing, it appears that the man may have stepped out from a parked vehicle as the other vehicle was being driven by.
The adult driver of the vehicle remained on scene and is cooperating with police.
Alcohol or other drugs are not believed to be a factor.
