Following a special weather statement put in place by Environment Canada over the weekend, Beaverly Road East is currently closed due to a washout.
According to the BC Ministry of Transportation, the washout occurred Thursday (July 2), and the road has been closed between Blackwater and Muralt since.
An update will be provided Monday.
