ICBC preparing to offer more road tests

Good news for anyone looking to get their Class 5 or 7 license: ICBC will soon be expanding its priority booking for road tests.

The organization says it will contact customers before their rebooking date.

Currently, ICBC is working to address the road test backlog by taking measures such as expanding hours and days of operation, as well as hiring and training additional examiners.

Many services offered by the organization have been impacted by COVID-19.
