Big Brothers Big Sisters glow in the dark golf tournament raises over $20,000

After two days of weekend competition, the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern BC  Glow Golf tournament has raised a grand total of $20,215.

Organizers are calling the event a ‘smashing success,’ despite having to operate with COVID-19 restrictions in mind.

“It was of course a little bit bigger this year, but different. We had to split the event over two different golf courses to follow COVID guidelines,” said Jane Gauthier, Community Development Coordinator.

The money goes to help support our proactive mentoring programs that serve the youth of PG.

Over the two nights, 36 teams competed at Alder Hills and Pine Valley golf courses.
