Farewell tour brings Green Men to Prince George

The Vancouver Green Men are making their way to Prince George for this weekends Cougars game.

Well known for their antics beside the penalty box at Vancouver Canucks’ home games, Sully and Force will be snapping photographs and signing autographs, all while raising money for Kidney Cancer research.

Sully explained how its a very personal opportunity for him, after losing his grandfather to the disease nearly a decade ago:

“..and he would have absolutely just loved this whole Green Men thing but he never got a chance to see it, so this is my way of saying thank you to him and my tribute to him, but also to the thousands across Canada who have had to deal with this illness as well”

Force and Sully will be at Saturdays Cougars game, and have been travelling to different locations throughout BC as part of their farewell tour.
