Local firefighters hit the ground running this morning (Friday) responding to a structure fire.
Just after 6 o’clock, three halls went to 1269 Ewert Street where they found a detached garage fully engulfed in flames.
Crews extinguished the blaze and report the damage estimate is $40,000.
No injuries were reported to the public or fire personnel.
The cause is under investigation.
