Prince George to Vancouver flight added to potential COVID-19 exposure list

A Westjet flight headed to Vancouver that departed from YXS on January 1st has been placed on the BC Centre for Disease Control’s (BCCDC) Potential COVID-19 Exposure List. 

Rows three through nine are listed as the affected rows.

Passengers seated in these rows are considered to be at higher risk of exposure due to their close proximity to the case, according to the BCCDC website.

The site also notes that anyone on a domestic flight with a COVID-19 case should self-monitor for symptoms for 14 days.

An American doctor making a journey between two countries is finding friends along the way.  Dr. Craig Davis set out from Prince George in June, riding his bike to Juneau, Alaska on his Riding for Peace campaign.  His goal is to spread a message of peace, and to ask "how can we do better."
