Prince George sommelier’s have a chance to sample some wines and help raise money for the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation.
The foundation’s 10th Annual Wine Lovers Dinner goes next weekend at the Coast Inn of the North next Saturday.
Community Engagement Coordinator Melissa Veregin says the evening includes a four course meal.
“Each course is paired from wine from our guest winery,” says Veregin, “and the four courses are prepared by the Chef Tony Heesterman from the Coast and his culinary team,” says Veregin, “its a really unique opportunity to take advantage of the world of food and wine pairing and explore the very best that B-C has to offer.”
Veregin says all money raised at the dinner goes to support Spirit of the North’s heath care efforts.
She says tickets can still be bought at the Coast Inn of the North or by going to the Foundation’s office at UHNBC.
