Target closing in PG April 1st

It’s not an April Fool’s joke, Target will be closing its doors for good in PG April 1st.

Discounts are reaching upward of 60% and signs around the store stress that everything, even fixtures, must go in the next nine days.

16 locations have been shut down already, and this next wave includes 30 stores, including Prince George.

That leaves 87 across Canada without a set closing date.

The company is off loading millions of dollars worth of merchandise to pay back creditors.

Spokesperson Molly Snyder Target’s Pine Centre Mall location employed around 100 people before liquidation began.
