PG New Democrat Bobby Deepak says new NDP leader John Horgan has what it takes to help the party win seats in Prince George.
In particular he says Horgan’s openness to natural resource projects helps.
As for liberal criticism Horgan opposes the Site C Dam, Deepak argues he actually supports it just not at the moment.
The NDP hasn’t won a seat in PG in close to 20 years.
