The RCMP in Prince George would like to reunite a large amount of stolen property with its rightful owners.
On Tuesday, police attended a rural property on Chieflake Road to investigate a report of suspicious activity.
When officers arrived, they located a truck and trailer that appeared to be full of stolen property.
Police seized the truck and trailer and investigators are itemizing the property inside.
Most of the items appear to belong to rural, likely waterfront, properties. Police have found items such as boat motors, generators, and various tools. We are asking those people with property north of town, anywhere from the Chieflake Road area to as far as Mackenzie, to check their properties and outbuildings for missing items,
states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper.
If anyone believes they have missing items they are asked to contact the PG detachment.
