Bike to work week approaches in Prince George

Registration is now open for this year’s Bike to Work and School Week.

From May 25th to the 31st, people are encouraged to trade four tires for two.

Prince George Cycling Club Coordinator Laura Sapergia says they need to know ahead of time how many people will be participating:

“We actually have events all week, celebration stations once or twice every morning and then we’ve got the barbecue at the end of the week, so we just need an idea of how many people are going to show up and how many prizes to buy generally”

Sapergia says they typically get 60 teams and 400 participants, and says those interested in registering can head to www.biketowork.ca/prince-george
