  • His family bought the Saskatoon Blades in 1976, ran the team from 1980-to 1992
  • Inheriting a messy situation in Victoria with the Cougars which included low ticket prices, a bad relationship with the city, and an old rink
  • Getting approved by the WHL to move to Prince George
  • Reasons for attendance decrease during the end of his ownership tenure
  • Biggest disappointment as owner
