According to the Bank of Canada, national housing prices could be down 15 percent from their February peak, by the end of the year.
The average price of a home in Canada topped out at $790-thousand five months ago, a 50 percent increase over two years.
But by this December, the Bank stated the average National home price could be as low as $675-thousand.
According to the Northern Real Estate Board, the average single-family home price in PG is $533-thousand, up 17 percent from May of 2021, but down 38 grand ($571,000) from April of this year.
