City Hall looking for feedback

The City of Prince George is looking for feedback.

They are launching a new survey to take the pulse of the community when it comes to the city’s customer service.

Mayor Lyn Hall says it’s important to find out how the public views services

“Originally it started as a part of the budget process. So it’s really going to feed into that, so it gives us an opportunity to get that feedback and we are always trying to do something and hear from the public on the services we provide.”

Hall added that the results will also feed into the neighbourhood meetings they have planned for the fall.

The survey will see the city reach out to 1000 residents to poll them on what they want to see from the city moving forward when it comes to things such as garbage pick-up or snow removal.

The results of the survey will also be posted online.
