Weekend weather looking iffy in PG

This weekends weather forecast is not looking particularly thrilling.

Environment Canadas Matt MacDonald says precipitation and stormy weather could be prevalent:

“Unfortunately not the greatest forecast for Prince George over the weekend we have a big low pressure system thats going to be slowly sliding over the central interior, and that is going to give rise to showers and the potential for thundershowers as well”

MacDonald added that temperatures will remain consistent with the averages, sitting at around 22 degrees for a high and 11 for a low.

That said, the sun is expected to return by the middle of next week with temperatures expected to rise back up to at least 27.

Something going on in the Prince George area you think people should know about?
