Spruce Kings snap losing skid with win over Vernon

The Prince George Spruce Kings snapped a six-game losing streak with a 4-2 win over the Vernon Vipers.

JR Perdion and Linden Makow each scored a pair for the Spruce Kings in the second period to give the Spruce Kings the win and send the 1,275 fans at Kopar Memorial Arena home happy.

Ryan Sanborn got the start for Prince George, making 21 saves.

Adam Csabi and Georgios Stavrianeas scored for the Vipers.

The Spruce Kings (14-27-3) sit at the bottom of the BCHL’s Interior Division standings.
