A Prince George couple is the winner of the Prince Geoprge Spruce Kings Show Home Lottery.
Bob and Gladys Burgess had their names drawn for the home valued at $890,000 on 2974 Links Drive in the Aberdeen Glen subdivision.
The junior hockey club sold 13,563 tickets for this year’s house lotto – while it snapped their five-year sell-out streak, it was the most tickets ever sold for the fundraiser.
Funds from the Show Home go towards expenses for the upcoming 2024/25 BCHL Season for the Spruce Kings.
The Spruce Kings are still selling tickets for their second Mega 50/50 jackpot which is growing rapidly.
The jackpot can grow up to $400,000.
