Sawyer Thiessen threw touchdown passes to Andrew Brown and Brady Van Someren, while Xander Shane ran one in.
Brady Harper hit field goals from 14 and 35 yards.
The Kodiaks drop to 1-3 while the Huskers improve to 2-1.
