No injuries were reported after a house fire along the 700 block of Ewert Street resulted in $100,000 damage.
According to the city, the fire occurred at about 9:30 am on Saturday.
On arrival, crews found thick black smoke coming from the windows of a middle unit of a four-unit complex.
Firefighters kept the damage to the single unit.
The fire was caused by the ignition of cooking oil on a stove.
