The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) has released its final report on last year’s fatal Simpson Lake plane crash.
The crash, located in the Peace Region, 448 kilometres west of Prince George, occurred just before 6pm on June 25th, where the lone pilot was fatally injured.
Shortly after, Chetwynd RCMP began the initial investigation seeking witnesses or video of the plane that day.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope class four investigation covering the wreckage, pilot and weather information.
