Spruce Kings unveil $865,000 house up for grabs during Show Home Lotto

The Prince George Spruce Kings Show Home Lottery is off the ground for another year.

This year’s home is located at 2958 Links Drive in the Aberdeen Glen Subdivision and was built by Hopson Construction.

The 1451 Square Foot home is fully furnished, including appliances, and is valued at $865,000.

The draw for the home will occur on Friday April 25th, 2025.

It features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and has a spacious double garage with extra workspace and two covered sundecks.

The home will be open for viewing Wednesday to Friday 11 AM to 5 PM each week. Single tickets are available for $125.00, or you can a 3-pack of tickets for $300.00.

In addition, a pair of Mega 50/50 Jackpot Draws, where someone will win up to $200,000 in each will also be held.

The first jackpot will be drawn on Friday January 10th with the second one slated for Friday May 16th.
