Integris transitioning in-person services away from Town Centre branch

Integris will be transitioning away from in-person banking services at the Town Centre Branch.

In-person services will be relocated to the River Point and 5th and Central neighbourhood branches, with ATM and Night Depository Services remaining downtown.

According to Integris, the Town Centre location has seen a significant reduction in usage, with many users transitioning to neighbourhood branches or banking digitally.

“We recognize that many members will be members will be affected by this change, and we are committed to keeping members informed throughout this transition while continuing to meet expectations and business ness,” said CEO Alison Hoskins in a web post.

“Our members may use any Integris Branch to do business with us. We want to assure the community that all Integris staff will be retained, and our Town Centre Branch staff look forward to welcoming you from their new working locations.”

Safety Deposit Box Holders will be contacted with more information about the transition.

The Commercial Services/Commercial Borrowing Team will be relocated to the River Point Branch.
