City launches survey to gain insight from local businesses

The City of Prince George is looking to gather insight from local businesses.

The City launched the Support PG Business Survey, which will remain open until the end of the month.

The initiative is a collaboration between the City, the Prince George Chamber of Commerce, Community Futures Fraser-Fort George, BC Northern Real Estate Board, Downtown Prince George, Tourism Prince George, CHBA Northern BC, and the Northern Regional Construction Association.

Businesses owners and operators are encouraged to:

  • Share insights into their business challenges, opportunities, and support needs.
  • Connect directly with available business support resources.
  • Help business support agencies better understand the broader business landscape in Prince George and the region.

The City of Prince George and the partners will follow up with businesses to share survey results, provide relevant resources, and identify any gaps in support.

“Understanding the needs of our business community is vital to ensuring we provide the right supports,” said the City’s Manager of Economic Development Deklan Corstanje.

“We encourage all local business owners and operators to take a few minutes to complete the survey and help us create a stronger business environment in Prince George.”

The survey will be sent to businesses from the participating organizations, or it can be accessed by contacting [email protected].
