An apartment fire on Spruce Street last night (Sun) is being looked at as a possible arson by Prince George police and fire crews.
It happened just before 11 PM when firefighters discovered smoke from a unit on the main floor at the Lauraville Apartments.
Crews found one male occupant unresponsive and was rushed to University Hospital.
Damage is estimated at $35,000.
