The Cariboo Cougars welcome the Vancouver North West Giants for their semi-final best of three series starting on Friday.
The Cougars took 3 out of a possible 4 points from the Giants in their only two-game series at Kin 1 in the regular season.
Head Coach, Trevor Sprague feels the team’s depth may be the difference in the series. “If you watch their games last weekend they only played two lines for the most part and those are the guys getting points if you look through our lineup everybody is contributing.”
As for the goaltending, Sprague says it will be a fluid situation after Friday. “Dorrin Luding will start game 1 and we will go from there.”
Puck drop for Friday and Saturday is at 5 pm from Kin 1 with game 3 set for 11 am if necessary.
The winner will play either the Okanagan Rockets or the Valley West Hawks in the BCMML final.
