Beer drinkers in Prince George will have a new brew to try from the Pacific Western Brewing.
Cariboo Springs Lager was unveiled on Thursday by the local brewery and Spokesperson Kyle Samson says it won’t be long before the beer becomes readily available.
“It should be in stores right away. We’re looking at select scores for early next week around town and all over B.C. plus also on tap in your favourite pubs and restaurants.”
The beer is made with 100% B.C. ingredients with the possibility of more products being made in a similar fashion down the road. “Right now we will be keeping it strictly for the Cariboo Springs with the hope of rolling it out amongst other brands in the future.”
Cariboo Springs will be the new premium product from PWB.
A sampling event of the new beer is slated for Thursday evening at 5 pm from the Westwood Pub.
