Now is still not the time to build a performing arts centre in Prince George.
That from Mayoral candidate Don Zurowski in light of a city report which estimates it would cost $51 million to build.
Zurowski says that infrastructure deficit includes roads, sidewalks, sewer and water projects.
A previous estimate from four years ago estimated the cost at $41 million though proponents note the cost would be picked up by three levels of government.
