Enhance PG seeking communal projects to fund

enhance-pg-sEnhance Prince George has a lot of room left in its budget and is looking for a few good causes to spend the surplus on.

The group supports partnerships and projects that benefit the city, it’s history, resources, downtown, and people.

With just a few months left in the year, the group still has just over $4000 in the budget. Chair Terri McClymont wants to hear about your ideas.

“Whether it’s a community organisation, volunteering, help with beautification, you have a great idea that you’d like to see set up within the city, come and talk to us because we are here to facilitate action.”

Enhance Prince George is already behind a few local initiatives like Good Neighbour Certificates and graffiti removal.

Looking to the new year, McClymont says the group can help with winter events like more PG Skates or a winter festival.
