A resident of Vanderhoof has stated his intention to replace Dick Harris as the Conservative MP for Cariboo Prince George.
Gerald Caron plans to win the party’s nomination and hopes to re-visit the prosperity mine issue.
Caron says that he is not anti – Harris but that he wants to build off his legacy.
He wasn’t able to pinpoint a date for when a nominee will be chosen though he stated if he had to guess it would happen sometime in May.
