RCMP seek stolen truck used in commercial break-in

The Prince George RCMP are asking for the public’s help to locate a stolen truck they believe was used in a commercial break-in.

Around 4:00 am on November 17, police received a report of a truck stolen from an apartment parking lot on the 1300 block of Foothills Boulevard. The forest green 2006 Ford F-350 has a crew cab, front bush bumper with a winch, a head ache rack and diamond plate tool box in the box. The license plate is KK3079 and there is a yellow forestry tag on the front bumper.

A few minutes later, a commercial alarm went off at an electronics store on Southridge Avenue. Officers attended the scene to find a vehicle had smashed through the front door of the business.

Based on evidence at the scene, two suspects are believed to have fled the scene in the stolen truck. They are described as Caucasian males wearing zip up hoodies and carrying backpacks. One is described as heavy set, the other of slim build.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the local detachment or Crime Stoppers.
