A change in power during the 2017 BC Election would make life better for working families in the province according to the BC Federation of Labour (BCFED).
BCFED President Irene Lanzinger says the job done by the Christy Clark Liberals hasn’t come close to satisfactory.
“They had us at the lowest minimum wage in the most expensive province in the country, we are still in the bottom in terms of minimum wage and I think people should vote to change this government since the NDP has committed to a 15 dollar minimum wage and a 10 dollar a day child healthcare plan.”
BCFED unveiled a Better Can Happen Here campaign this week.
