Police looking for information on single vehicle collision

Police are looking for witnesses of a single vehicle collision in Prince George last month.

On Tuesday, September 19th, at around 6:30pm, Prince George RCMP received a report of a single vehicle rollover near the intersection of Highway 97 and Birchwood Drive in the city.

When emergency crews arrived, a 2001 Chevrolet Corvette was found in a ditch on fire.

The driver and passenger did not report any injuries.

Police say the indication is the south-bound traveling car collided with a meridian prior to rolling into the ditch and catching fire.

Investigators are looking to talk with anyone who may have seen the collision or Corvette prior to crashing.

Anyone wiht information is being urged to contact PG RCMP or Crimestoppers.
