Cody Glass scored with 39.5 seconds left in regulation time to give the Portland Winterhawks a 2-1 come-from-behind victory over the Prince George Cougars.
Glass, a 2017 first-round draft pick of the Vegas Golden Knights (sixth overall), also added an assist on the Mason Mannek goal early in the third period.

Kody McDonald, with his team high ninth of the season, gave Prince George a 1-0 lead in the second.
Tavin Grant was excellent in the Cougars cage with 41 saves as Portland outshot the visitors 43-31.
The 19-year-old had blanked the Winterhawks for five consecutive periods in Portland, dating back to their previous meeting where he stopped 47 shots in a 3-0 victory on October 1st.
Cole Kehler made 30 saves for the 10-4 Winterhawks.

Prince George played without three players that are on the injured list; forwards Jackson Leppard and Aaron Boyd, plus defenceman Josh Anderson.
The loss dropped the 5-7-2-2 Cougars three points behind the second place Kelowna Rockets in the BC Division.
The Rockets picked up a point Wednesday in a 4-3 overtime loss to the Tri-City Americans.
The Cougars play their next three games against the 6-9-1 Silvertips; Friday in Everett, to conclude a seven-game road trip, plus November 10th and 11th at the CN Centre.
