City Council preview: November 20, 2017

Monday night’s council meeting has three bylaws looking at third reading and adoption, with one, in particular, standing out to pet owners.

The new Responsible Animal Ownership bylaw faces the recommendation at council and is sure to generate buzz around the city, should it pass.

As for the formal public hearing, seven items are on tap.

The Canadian Brewhouse occupies two of those spots, with a rezoning application and a liquor licence application on the books.
