WATCH: UNBC students encouraged to take care of mental, physical well-being

WATCH:

UNBC’s Well-Bring Fair shared focus on students’ physical and mental health ahead of final exams.

The Canadian Mental Health Association branch in Prince George says its easy to overlook one or the other, which allows stress to build up rapidly.

“It’s really important for people to just get out of your heads for a moment. There are lots of stresses depending on what year you’re in. Do I have a summer job? Am I going to graduate? All of those types of things.”

Activities included yoga, crafts, and pet-a-puppy, as students took a minute for themselves and de-stress.
