WATCH: CNC’s Stressbusters event helps students get through final exams woes

WATCH:

The College of New Caledonia (CNC) held its annual Spring Stressbusters event as a way to help students de-stress.

Comfort food, chalk, and Shave it for Another Day Shave-A-Thon were held, CNC President Henry Reiser took part as well.

“There are lots of exams, assignments are due, so it’s good to shift into a different headspace, and also give tips to deal with stress in their everyday lives as well.”

– Dana Hansen, CNC Wellness Coach

Hansen lists sleeping and eating well, and putting time aside to do something you enjoy as small ways to de-stress.

One suspect who was driving a black dodge 1500 truck was taken into custody. The Tour de North rides is scheduled for September 12th to 18th consisting of an 850-kilometre journey from PG to Prince Rupert raising money for childhood cancer research.
