Ghomeshi cancels PG show

After confirming his appearance in Prince George next month, ousted CBC Radio host Jian Ghomeshi has cancelled his appearance.

The Citizen says tickets can be refunded at their point of purchase.

This comes as new allegations were printed last night in the Toronto Star from Canadian actor Lucy DeCoutere, best known for her role as Lucy on “The Trailer-Park Boys”, who accused Ghomeshi of choking, beating, and slapping her.

The Star says eight women, so far, are accusing Ghomeshi of sexual abuse or harassment.
