WATCH: PG Alzheimer’s Walk recognizes all patients in Northern BC

WATCH:

Prince George held one of 23 walks for Alzheimer’s in BC.

As one of the biggest fundraisers for dementia in the province, the PG walk helps everyone in the North.

“The community is pretty spread out and can be a little bit isolated, living with dementia people sometimes do isolate themselves because there can be communication challenges.”

– Spokesperson Sandra Meehan

Each walk has its own honouree, and this year’s PG honouree was Victoria Taylor.
